Customer Service Representative Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to fill our Customer Service position in Cockburn Gateway, Success, WA.

To succeed in this role you must have:

  • A positive attitude and excellent communication skills.
  • Basic computer skills and experience with garments or tailoring is required.
  • Retail customer service experience in fashion apparel is preferred.
  • The ability to thrive in a busy environment and an 'I CAN DO' attitude is essential.
  • Tailor / Machinist / Dressmaking experience is a bonus.
Job Requirements
