Key Responsibilities

As a Retail Shop Manager at the Royal Automobile Association of South Australia, you will be responsible for leading a team of Retail Sales Consultants to provide exceptional customer service to our members and achieve individual and shop sales targets. Your outstanding leadership skills, ability to manage in a professional and enthusiastic manner, and strong motivation and passion for inspiring and motivating staff to achieve performance excellence in a retail environment will be essential in this role.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Manage a team of Retail Sales Consultants to achieve individual and shop sales targets.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to our members.
  • Lead and motivate staff to achieve performance excellence in a retail environment.
  • Complete Continuous Development Program (eCDP) Planning and Review Sessions with all direct reports.
  • Oversee and control budgeted staffing and operational costs.
  • Maintain an extensive knowledge of RAA, systems and processes.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 3 years Supervisor/Manager experience in a sales and customer service/retail environment.
  • A demonstrated track record of consistently meeting performance objectives in a managerial role.
  • Outstanding attention to detail along with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Great attitude with the willingness to learn.
