An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced and dynamic individual to manage our Modbury RAA shop. With your outstanding customer service skills and ability to manage in a professional and enthusiastic manner, you will succeed in inspiring and motivating staff to achieve performance excellence in a retail environment.

You will be responsible for managing a team of Retail Sales Consultants to provide exceptional customer service to our members and achieve individual and shop sales targets, through your excellent guidance and support.

In addition, you will:

  • Complete Continuous Development Program (eCDP) Planning and Review Sessions with all direct reports within organisational timeframes.
  • Inspire, coach and motivate staff to achieve their individual sales and performance targets using structured RAA sales principles.
  • Oversee and control budgeted staffing and operational costs.
  • Maintain an extensive knowledge of RAA, systems and processes.
  • Presentation of a clean, well merchandised Shop with up-to-date point of sale material in accordance with Retail standards.

For this role, we're looking for:

  • 3 years Supervisor/Manager experience in a sales and customer service/retail environment.
  • A demonstrated track record of consistently meeting performance objectives in a managerial role.
  • Outstanding attention to detail along with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Great attitude with the willingness to learn.
  • Strong attention to detail.
