As a Projects & Design Engineer you will play a central role in product engineering, focusing on managing and documenting changes to components of our engine systems.

You will oversee technical tasks across the entire product lifecycle, acting as a coordination point between various engineering disciplines and stakeholders.

  • Business Process Support: Work within established processes for new product development and engineering change management, using tools like ERP systems and design review checklists.
  • Technical Coordination: Oversee and guide CAD modeling and drafting efforts, coordinate with engineering resources, and ensure specifications align with product requirements.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Gather and integrate ideas from technical managers, project leaders, quality engineering, supply chain, and production teams to ensure quality product decisions.

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a relevant STEM field.
  • 2-8 years of post-graduate experience in product engineering, ideally within manufacturing, mechanical, or engine-focused environments.

  • Demonstrated experience in engineering change management and technical documentation, with a proactive approach to solving complex product issues.
