We are seeking highly qualified professionals for teaching roles in supply chain management units.

Job Description:

    The successful applicant will be responsible for delivering supply chain management units to students at the Bachelor and Master levels.

    Teaching will involve preparing for delivery, delivery, and marking assessments, as well as providing student support.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • A PhD in Supply Chain Management or a minimum of a Master's degree in Supply Chain Management for teaching in undergraduate programmes.
  • Recent experience in teaching or industry in Supply Chain Management.
  • Proficiency in using educational technology.

Benefits:

    Successful applicants will have the opportunity to teach in a range of formats, including face-to-face, blended, block, and online real-time modes.

    Additionally, they will maintain accurate records of student progress and assessment, collaborate with fellow sessional and ongoing academic staff, and adhere to Victoria University's policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

Others:

    VU teaches using the Block Model, in which units are delivered one at a time over a four-week period. Sessional staff may teach up to two classes per block, totalling up to 18 teaching hours per week.
