Leadership Role: Store Operations

We are seeking a passionate and experienced professional to join our team as an Assistant Manager in store operations.

This is a key leadership role that supports the Store Manager in coaching, developing, and mentoring the store team to deliver exceptional customer service and drive outstanding store sales.

The successful candidate will have a strong passion for delivering customer service that exceeds expectations and a desire to be part of a high-performance culture.

  • Previous experience in a retail sales environment with a proven track record of driving sales growth and improving customer satisfaction.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to coach and develop team members to achieve their full potential.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships with colleagues, customers, and stakeholders.
