About the Role

This is a leadership position responsible for overseeing the delivery of quality care to young people. The successful candidate will be expected to provide clinical guidance and management to a team of professionals.

The focus of this role is on the day-to-day delivery of clinical governance and compliance targets, ensuring that all standards are met. You will support innovation and quality improvement initiatives to achieve evidence-based outcomes for our clients.

  • Provide clinical leadership to the site-based team members

Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:
  • AHPRA registration as a Psychologist, Clinical Psychologist, Occupational Therapist or Mental Health Nurse, OR AASW registration as an Accredited Mental Health Social Worker
  • Experience in managing a multi-disciplinary service delivery team
  • Highly developed communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to engage with young people and establish relationships with stakeholders
