Customer Service Support Specialist

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing essential support services to clinical staff in a collaborative and respectful workplace culture.
- Assist with transporting patients and equipment to ensure smooth care delivery.
- Distribute meals, collect patient trays, clean kitchens and fridges, distribute menus efficiently.
- Ensure safe segregation, collection, handling, storage, transportation, treatment, and disposal of waste streams.
- Strip, sanitize beds, and remake after patient discharge maintaining cleanliness standards.
Deliver high-quality cleaning across hospital areas including wards and operating theatres. Perform tasks such as decontamination of beds, wards, and equipment.
Maintain stock levels in the cleaners' room and trolley; report faulty equipment promptly.
Ensure equipment used during shifts is cleaned, restocked, and stored correctly enhancing efficiency.
Support a positive workplace culture through effective communication with nursing staff and other stakeholders.
