Role Overview

Job Description

This role is ideal for an AV professional seeking to advance their craft and work with a passionate team. As an AV Production Specialist, you will lead the installation, operation, and removal of cutting-edge AV setups and confidently deliver shows of all scales—from intimate corporate functions to large-scale productions.

Key Skills and Qualifications
  • Proven experience in audio, lighting, and video system setups for live events
  • Strong technical expertise in Barco PDS and S3 switching systems, Yamaha QL and CL audio consoles, GrandMA lighting control systems (programming experience highly regarded)
  • Hybrid & Virtual event delivery experience
  • Camera operation skills (desirable)
  • Familiarity with scenic setups: drapes, stage skirts, truss borders
