Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Financial Controller to join our team at Accor. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for providing strategic financial guidance and support to our hotel operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Planning and Analysis: Develop and implement financial plans and forecasts to drive business growth and profitability.
  • Financial Reporting: Prepare and present accurate and timely financial reports to stakeholders, including the General Manager and owners.
  • Financial Operations: Oversee the financial operations of the hotel, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
  • Leadership and Development: Lead and develop the Finance team, ensuring they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in their roles.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate with the leadership team to gather essential data for long-term, annual, quarterly, and monthly budgeting and forecasting.
Requirements
  • 5+ years' experience in a similar role within the Hospitality industry.
  • Tertiary qualification in Accounting or Finance.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence others through effective verbal and written communication.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive projects across an organization.
  • Superior attention to detail and ability to successfully manage multiple competing priorities while maintaining a view of the big picture.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and critical-thinking skills.
