Job Purpose

The Performance Analyst plays a pivotal role in analysing and optimising business performance across various markets. This involves deep data analysis, identifying barriers to revenue and profit growth, and collaborating with teams to implement effective solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Collaboration: Building strong relationships with Country Managers to gain insights into their operations, local markets, and customers.
  2. Analysis: Identifying areas of strength and weakness within business units through detailed performance analysis using the IWG analytical toolkit and reporting suites.
  3. Problem-Solving: Collaborating with centralised teams to develop tailored solutions for identified issues.
  4. Implementation: Assisting in the implementation of these solutions to ensure they effectively address problems.
  5. Continuous Improvement: Monitoring outcomes and making necessary adjustments to strategies and processes to drive continuous improvement.

Team Dynamics

The Performance Analyst role is part of a Global Performance Management Team, split into regional teams, each headed up by a Team Lead, dedicated to driving revenue growth and optimising EBITDA margin.

The team collaborates closely to share best practices and insights, enhancing revenue and margin performance across various markets.

As an independent entity, the team provides objective and actionable insights during regular business reviews, supporting country, regional, and functional teams.

Reporting to the Chief Strategy Officer, the Performance Management Team is responsible for monitoring performance against targets.

The Chief Strategy Officer, along with the Performance Management Team, conducts quarterly deep dives with country managers, regional CEOs, and sales and operations functions to ensure continuous improvement and strategic alignment.
