Job Description:">

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the reliable and consistent delivery of facilities management services to a national telecommunications client with multisite operations. This includes managing incidents, restoring site conditions, and maintaining strong relationships with client representatives.


The role involves coordinating activities, strategies, and planning to meet business needs, conducting regular meetings in occupied client facilities, and co-ordinating maintenance, capital works, and associated outages with end-users.


Key responsibilities include performing regular site inspections, reviewing service delivery methods and practices, and liaising with the Asset Management team and National Call Centre to manage subcontractor activities.

  • A tertiary education in facility management, business administration or project management, or similar operational qualifications.

  • Strong mechanical and electrical aptitude.

  • Proven experience in managing a multi-disciplinary workforce.

  • A sound understanding of operations and maintenance environments in telecommunications or technical service industries.

  • Risk Management approach to building management.
