Job Title: Facilities Coordinator

Your Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Facilities Coordinator to support the day-to-day operations of our facilities.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining high standards across all facilities, ensuring a safe, functional, and well-presented environment for our stakeholders.

About This Role:
  • Support the team in delivering exceptional hard and soft services to enhance the customer and retailer experience.
  • Manage work orders using a Computerised Maintenance Management System to prioritise and track tasks.
  • Assist in environmental initiatives, improving outcomes through reporting and stakeholder engagement.
  • Evaluate and improve maintenance, repairs, and capital works processes to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and quality.
  • Communicate effectively with key stakeholders and build strong relationships with service providers.
  • Address and resolve facility-related concerns while collaborating on cross-functional projects.
Requirements:
  • Experience in retail, property, hospitality, or building management.
  • Strong customer service skills and excellent administration abilities.
  • Proven ability to supervise contractors, clarify instructions, and manage priorities.
  • Proficiency in business and building management systems.

This role requires a collaborative approach, with a focus on continuous improvement and stakeholder satisfaction.
