
Rail Industry Leader

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead the rail component of projects, ensuring high-quality outcomes and exceptional client service.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in rail industry experience, with expertise in design management, track design or OLE design.
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and managing the delivery of contract documentation, system schematics, layout plans and technical specifications for tendering and construction packages.
- Collaborating with clients to understand their needs and requirements through discussion, research and analysis.
- Leading the rail component on projects, ensuring that work meets the highest standards of quality and excellence.
- Overseeing project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful project delivery.
To be considered for this role, applicants should possess:
- A recognized tertiary qualification in a relevant design or engineering discipline.
- Significant experience in the rail industry, with a strong understanding of design management, track design or OLE design principles.
- Chartered membership of relevant professional institutions or significant credit towards eligibility for membership.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
