Effective Dairy Production Leader

This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for ensuring your production shift runs efficiently and safely while maintaining high standards of quality and food safety.
- Coordinate production operations on a shift basis to meet demand and efficiency targets
- Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and food manufacturing standards (HACCP, GMP)
- Monitor production processes and troubleshoot any issues that arise
- Ensure timely and accurate production confirmation data entry into SAP while identifying and investigating inconsistencies
- Coordinate and motivate the production team, providing guidance, coaching, and feedback
- Assist in implementing process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce downtime
- Be a role model for working safely and promoting a safe working environment
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Degree or equivalent certification/experience in engineering, dairy technology, food science, or related field
- Leadership skills and ability to drive results
- Strong organisation and problem-solving skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- SAP knowledge is highly desirable
