Job Description

We are seeking a creative and experienced professional to join our marketing team as a Content Creator.

The successful candidate will be responsible for creating engaging content across multiple channels, driving brand awareness, and connecting with our community.

 

  • Plan, create, and edit engaging content for social and digital platforms.
  • Coordinate with external suppliers for editing of ecommerce product imagery.
  • Design and produce light graphics and layouts to support campaigns, story sets, social media, and retail activity.
  • Ideate and execute short-form video content that taps into trends while staying on-brand.
  • Assist with organising and directing content shoots, including sourcing props, liaising with models, and leading shoot execution where required.
  • Support social media strategies by contributing creative ideas in team meetings and collaborating on campaigns that drive awareness and channel growth.
  • Liaise with external suppliers on banners, graphics, and other admin tasks.
  • Oversee KPI tracking and provide regular performance updates to the team.
  • Report weekly to the Digital Content Manager on content activity, performance, and opportunities.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure all content needs are met.

 

Required Skills and Qualifications

We are looking for a candidate with:

  • Proven experience in content creation.
  • Strong skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro) and/or content tools like Canva or CapCut.
  • Basic knowledge of photography and lighting equipment, with confidence behind the camera.
  • A strong understanding of social media platforms (TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn) and best practices for content creation, engagement, and growth.
  • Creative flair with strong attention to detail, balanced with the ability to prioritise and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent communication skills, with confidence to direct shoots and work with models and stakeholders.
  • Highly organised, proactive, and able to work both collaboratively within a team and independently.
