We are a national NDIS provider delivering Allied Health support across Australia to thousands of participants in the community with Occupational & Speech Therapy, Behaviour Support, Psychology, Exercise Physiology & Physiotherapy services.
Job Description- Detailed assessments and diagnosis of speech, language, and swallowing disorders in patients of all ages
- Tailored treatment plans for each patient's needs and goals
- Therapy sessions to improve communication skills and overcome challenges
- Collaboration with multidisciplinary teams for holistic care
- Maintaining accurate patient records and reports
The ideal candidate will possess expertise strong organisational skills and be passionate about improving the lives of individuals with communication disorders and swallowing difficulties.
This role involves working independently and as part of a team conducting comprehensive assessments developing and implementing individualized treatment plans providing therapy sessions collaborating with multidisciplinary teams and maintaining accurate patient records.
About Your Role:
- Manage caseloads effectively and meet NDIS reporting requirements
- Educate and support families and caregivers on communication strategies and techniques
- Stay updated on the latest research and evidence-based practices in speech pathology
