Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Childcare Team Member - Early Learning Educator to join our team. As an OSHC Assistant Educator, you will be responsible for delivering daily quality activities for children, supervising and supporting them, and preparing healthy food options.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver daily quality activities for children that are safe, fun, stimulating, and carry educational value.
  • Supervise and support children at all times, ensuring their physical and emotional well-being.
  • Prepare and serve healthy food options that cater to diverse dietary needs.
  • Create an engaging and happy environment for children, promoting socialization and learning.
  • Build meaningful relationships with colleagues, children, families, school leaders, and the wider community.

About You

To succeed in this role, you will need:

A strong focus on child safety and appreciation for mandatory reporting.Excellent communication and people skills, with the ability to build rapport with children, families, and staff.Certificate III or higher in Children's Services (or studying towards) or equivalent which can be recognized for children's services.Working with Children Check (willing to obtain).HLTAID012 First Aid, CPR, Anaphylaxis & Asthma Management Training (willing to obtain).Availability to work Monday to Friday.

Estimated salary: $55,000 - $65,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
