About the Opportunity

We are seeking experienced Senior Contract Administrators to support significant infrastructure projects in Metropolitan and Regional NSW. Our Sydney-based roles may require occasional travel to project sites across NSW, with accommodation and Living Away from Home Allowance (LAFHA) included.

Key Responsibilities

  • Contract Administration: Developing, reviewing, and negotiating contract variations, ensuring accurate and timely documentation.
  • Challenge Resolution: Resolving contract-related challenges and ensuring compliance with contractual terms and conditions.
  • Project Management: Collaborating with the Project Manager to achieve project goals and objectives.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Preparing insightful reports and analyzing data associated with project deliverables.
  • Advice and Guidance: Providing valuable advice to the Project Manager, Commercial Manager, and other stakeholders.

Requirements

You will bring a solid background in civil infrastructure projects, with Head Contractor experience highly desirable. As a natural problem solver and creative thinker, you will enjoy working on technically complex projects. Your exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential for this role.

You should be experienced in cost management, budget control, building and managing contract variations, managing subcontractors and supplier agreements, preparing and negotiating Extensions of Time (EOTs), risk management and mitigation strategies, and understanding relevant legal and regulatory requirements.

Proficiency in contract management software and Microsoft Office Suite is also highly desirable, as is strong analytical and data interpretation skills.
