Operations Coordinator Job Summary

We are seeking a talented professional to assume the role of Operations Coordinator. As an Operations Coordinator, you will serve as the primary point of contact for our clients, delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring seamless experiences between our clients and skilled technicians.

The ideal candidate will be a confident, professional, and clear communicator with strong phone and email skills. They will be highly organised, detail-oriented, and composed under pressure, with a proactive approach to problem-solving and juggling tasks.

  • Be the main point of contact for our clients, providing top-notch service over the phone and via email.
  • Ensure smooth experiences while coordinating between our clients and skilled technicians.
  • Schedule installation, maintenance, and repairs for residential home lifts, maintaining operational efficiency.
  • Tackle administrative tasks and deliver exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Client Communication: Provide timely and effective communication to clients regarding their inquiries, concerns, and requests.
  • Coordination: Coordinate between clients and skilled technicians to ensure seamless experiences and efficient issue resolution.
  • Lift Scheduling: Schedule installation, maintenance, and repairs for residential home lifts, adhering to deadlines and ensuring minimal disruption to clients.
  • Administrative Tasks: Manage administrative tasks, including data entry, reporting, and record-keeping, to support operational efficiency.
