Lift Operations Specialist

Our team at Thredbo is responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient operation of lifts. As a Lift Operator, you will interact with guests in a positive manner, maintain a safe work environment, and adhere to policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure the safe and efficient operation of lifts
  • Interact with guests in a positive manner
  • Maintain a safe work environment
  • Adhere to policies and procedures

You will work outdoors in all weather conditions and be respectful of guests and fellow employees. You will also be responsible for clearing snow and rubbish from lifts and surrounding areas.

About You:
  • 18 Years or older
  • Previous experience as a lift attendant (1 season minimum)
  • Optimistic with a positive attitude and loads of initiative
  • Physical ability to clear snow and rubbish
  • Managing priorities and reliable under pressure
