  • The ideal candidate will have expertise in covering high-profile sports events and expressing informed opinions on contentious issues.
  • Key to success is the ability to optimize content for seamless integration across social media, search, and our website.

About You

  • A minimum of two years' experience in digital roles.
  • Proven track record of working within a newsroom environment.
  • Familiarity with Canva, social scheduling tools, and other social media platforms.
  • In-depth knowledge of both local and international sports.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work effectively within a team of reporters.
  • Capacity to utilize data insights to inform content creation.
  • Highly organized, with a keen eye for detail.
