Job Summary

This role plays a pivotal part in the planning, execution, and administration of student enrollment and data entry programs.

About the Position

The ideal candidate will lead and oversee the management of competing priorities and high volumes of work while ensuring sound judgment to triage and respond to ad-hoc requests, resolve complex data issues.

Main Responsibilities
  • Developing and implementing communication strategies and stakeholder engagement plans;
  • Identifying process improvement opportunities and contributing to system enhancements to data entry, processing, and reporting functions;
  • Coordinating the planning and delivery of student results and credential release activities;
  • Providing leadership in the planning and coordination of student entry and data entry programs;
Requirements
  • A strong ability to manage and resolve issues in a high-volume, frontline environment while maintaining a strong customer service focus and meeting critical deadlines;
  • Experience balancing operational demands with stakeholder needs, including responding to ad-hoc requests and unforeseen issues in a time-sensitive setting;
  • Coordinating the implementation of communication plans and resolving technical issues across key digital platforms;
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for working with diverse stakeholders and leading direct reports;
  • Demonstrated understanding of the NSW school system, including school operations, governance structures, and stakeholder responsibilities;
  • Proven experience in maintaining and managing the accuracy and integrity of student data and records;
