About this role

This position is focused on delivering high-quality data processing for the Home Care Packages Program using established Standard Operating Procedures. The role supports APS staff with data remediation incidents/defects and ensures timely and accurate data entry.

Key responsibilities

  • Data entry and case processing of records and/or processes to ensure compliance with Government Act and Support implementation.
  • Remediate provider caseloads or client records impacted by the transition and allocate funding packages to older people on prioritisation systems.
  • Investigate data issues as identified from other support channels and create/amend user access, update organisation/outlet information.
  • Liaise with client service channels on individual client record issues and keep accurate records of processing actions taken.

Required skills and qualifications

  • Demonstrated experience in data entry, data analysis, and/or service delivery sectors.
  • Strong attention to detail to ensure data is entered correctly and consistently.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with APS staff and stakeholders.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Previous experience and knowledge of working in client relationship management systems.
