Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Education Specialist to join our team at Advanced Sterilization Products. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for developing and implementing educational programs to support our customers in the field of endoscope sterilization and reprocessing.

Responsibilities
  • Design and deliver educational content to CSSD staff, nurses, and other professionals on ASP products and scientific issues related to endoscope sterilization and reprocessing.
  • Stay up-to-date on best practices and guideline updates in the CSSD and share knowledge throughout the ASP organization.
  • Implement educational tools to demonstrate the proper use of our products to customers.
  • Monitor clinical education activities and execute actions to maintain goals using our sales force dashboard.
  • Identify business opportunities for ASP and provide information on competitive products.
  • Prepare reports on education plans and suggest improvements based on customer needs.
  • Coordinate and participate as a speaker in product trainings and contribute to the development of subject matter experts for professional education events.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in a healthcare discipline (nursing, CSSD, bioengineering, surgical instrumentation, dentistry, pharmacy, or biochemistry).
  • A minimum of five years of healthcare experience, with clinical experience in sterilization and/or high-level disinfection preferred.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to articulate customer needs and market dynamics to business leadership.
  • Strategic thinking and the ability to identify impact on business goals, with recommendations to support key initiatives.
