We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused individual to fill a key role in our sales administration team.

Job Description

This diverse position combines sales administration, customer service, and sales skills. As a sales administrator, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers, processing orders, managing inventory, and performing general administrative tasks.

  • Process counter and telephone sales
  • Audit stock levels and manage inventory
  • Perform general administration and housekeeping duties
  • Order supplies and coordinate stock counts
  • Process overdue orders
  • Monitor drop shipment orders and quarantine stock
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A high level of organizational skill and attention to detail
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Proficiency with computers (training provided)
  • A positive attitude and willingness to learn
  • Initiative and ability to work effectively in a team environment
