ClearCompany is seeking a highly skilled marketing professional to join our team as a Global Telecoms Growth Lead. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about leveraging technology to drive business growth and expand into new markets.

We're looking for a talented individual who can develop and execute marketing strategies that support our international expansion efforts, boost customer acquisition, and enhance retention. If you have a strong background in telecommunications, MVNO marketing, and digital growth strategies, we'd love to hear from you.

About The Role

You will be responsible for leading marketing efforts that support our international market entry, boost customer acquisition, and enhance retention. You will collaborate closely with internal teams and external telco partners to develop and execute go-to-market strategies, launch campaigns, and optimize performance across multiple markets.

This role requires a strong analytical mindset, excellent stakeholder management skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. You will be part of a dynamic team that's passionate about harnessing technology to create impactful customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute marketing strategies for Spacetalk's MVNO services, wearables, and mobile app.
  • Create and optimize go-to-market plans, ensuring strong product positioning and messaging that aligns with market needs.
  • Drive international expansion efforts, localizing marketing strategies for different regions.
  • Partner with CRM & Loyalty teams to design high-impact campaigns that drive customer acquisition, engagement, and retention.
  • Collaborate with Product, Customer Experience, and external telco partners to ensure seamless execution of marketing initiatives.
  • Analyze market data, customer behavior, and competitor trends to refine marketing strategies and identify new growth opportunities.
  • Lead digital marketing efforts, including performance marketing, lifecycle campaigns, and growth initiatives for Spacetalk's MVNO services.
  • Manage brand and communications strategy to ensure a consistent and compelling message across all customer touchpoints.
