Job Description:

As a Digital Transformation Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in driving business process improvements and implementing digital solutions that enhance operational efficiency.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital transformation, enterprise strategy, and business process improvement. They will possess excellent stakeholder engagement and facilitation skills, with the ability to lead complex transformation initiatives in large-scale environments.

  • Lead the development and delivery of an enterprise digital transformation strategy aligned with business objectives.
  • Conduct thorough assessments of current-state business processes, identifying inefficiencies and designing optimised future-state processes.
  • Collaborate with key subject matter experts and business unit leads to co-design fit-for-purpose digital solutions and change strategies.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Tertiary qualifications in Business, Information Systems, Engineering, or related discipline.
  • 5–8 years' experience in digital transformation, enterprise strategy, or business process improvement.
  • Proven experience leading or supporting complex transformation initiatives in large-scale or government-aligned environments.
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and facilitation skills.
  • Demonstrated experience with enterprise digital tools (e.g., Power Platform, SharePoint, ERP/CRM systems).
