Job Title: Banking Recovery Lawyer

We are seeking a skilled Banking Recovery Lawyer to join our Brisbane office.

About the Role
  • Manage loan enforcement for secured lenders, including obligations under the National Consumer Credit Code and Banking Code of Practice.
  • Familiarity with customer sensitivity and hardship is required.
  • You will be supported by partners and work as part of a close-knit team that embraces flexibility and collaboration.

  • You will have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and commercial outcomes.
  • You will be responsible for managing junior staff and working in a high-volume practice with client delivery expectations.
