">About the Role

We are seeking an experienced professional to join our Banking & Finance practice as a lawyer or associate. As part of a collaborative team, you will advise various stakeholders on financing transactions across multiple sectors.

">Key Responsibilities
  • Advise financiers, borrowers, sponsors, and state governments on financing transactions;
  • Work with clients across energy, renewables, natural resources, property, and infrastructure sectors;
  • Participate in project finance, asset finance, leveraged finance, syndicated debt, and debt capital markets.
">Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 3-5 years post-qualification experience;
  • Demonstrated transactional experience in a reputable commercial law firm;
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills;
  • A strong understanding of financing transactions and relevant laws.
