Key Responsibilities:
  • Strategic financial management, driving the financial elements of the organisation
  • Overseeing accounting & financial operations, including reporting & compliance
  • Developing, implementing and reviewing financial policies and procedures
  • Identifying and assessing financial risks and develop strategies to mitigate them
  • Collaborating with sales, marketing, operations and finance teams to ensure commercial strategies are integrated
  • Leading, mentoring and developing a team across accounting, finance, business process and contract & trade sales
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Commerce, Economics or a related field
  • CPA/CA qualifications
  • 8-10 years' experience in finance and management
  • Experience managing in a multi-brand environment
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strategic thinking and ability to identify market opportunities
  • Excellent financial and commercial acumen
  • Ability to coach and mentor
