Job Overview

The company is a leading retail business in Australia, operating over 1000 stores across various brands. As the Project Delivery Lead, you will play a key role in bringing new ideas to life, enhancing customer experiences, and delivering initiatives that drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage end-to-end delivery of innovation trials and projects, ensuring successful execution and scale-up of new concepts.
  • Collaborate with suppliers, category teams, and cross-functional stakeholders to bring new ideas to life.
  • Engage with operations teams to ensure they are trained, informed, and equipped for trial execution.
  • Track and report on trial outcomes, providing feedback and post-implementation reviews.
  • Provide commercial input, including feasibility assessments and success factor setting.
Requirements
  • Proven project management skills with strong time management and organisational abilities.
  • Agility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Commercial acumen with experience in supplier negotiations and feasibility assessments.
