Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Restoration Business Leader to join our dynamic team in Queensland. The successful candidate will have experience across both site-based restoration projects and restoration management, with current relationships with industry contacts in the insurance and facility management industries.

The Restoration Business Leader will oversee a Restoration team delivering restoration outcomes for multiple domestic and commercial projects within the Insurance and Facility Management industries. This role involves overseeing multiple staff, supervising site-based estimating and work, and managing operational aspects of the business such as quality assurance, timeliness, safety, and commercial outcomes.

The team includes state-based project coordinators, internal technicians, and partner contractors. The Restoration Business Leader will work closely with the Executive General Manager | Restoration and other key stakeholders to drive business growth and excellence.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Proven skills in domestic and commercial reinstatement works
  • Experience working directly with clients, building consultants, and construction trades and suppliers
  • Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously with conflicting priorities
  • Strong interpersonal skills to build long-term relationships with internal and external customers
  • People management skills to effectively lead and drive team outcomes
  • Able to develop business through quality service delivery
