About the Opportunity
  • Develop and strengthen relationships with key stakeholders across major automotive networks.
  • Identify, drive, and convert new business prospects in line with growth targets.
  • Collaborate closely with a national network of Business Development Specialists, providing guidance and support to ensure success within designated accounts.
  • Act as the central point of contact for automotive franchise accounts, ensuring delivery of tailored solutions that support their operations and growth.
  • Represent premium automotive equipment with professionalism and credibility at all levels of the industry.
About You
  • We're looking for someone who brings proven experience in account management, ideally within the automotive or franchise network environment.
  • Experience working with franchise groups and/or automotive businesses is highly regarded.
  • A minimum 3 years' experience in the automotive sector is required.
  • You must have strong commercial acumen with the ability to identify opportunities and close deals.
  • Excellent relationship-building and communication skills are essential, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
  • A proactive and collaborative approach, with experience working across national teams, is necessary.
  • Flexibility to travel interstate as required is also important.
