Community Trainers and Assessors

We are seeking trainers and assessors to join our team at our new Adelaide Campus.
The qualifications we deliver include Certificate IV in Community Service and Diploma of Community Services.
As a trainer, you will inspire and deliver training using your extensive knowledge and experience.
- Inspire and deliver programs using comprehensive learning materials
- Provide support and feedback to ensure successful completion of programs
- Monitor, mark, and conduct student assessments
- Plan, review, and improve training and assessment
- Participate in assessment validation, moderation, and continuous improvement
You will work as part of a growing team and have opportunities for career progression.
Required Skills and QualificationsWe are looking for individuals with strong experience in case management and/or community service industry.
Candidates should also have a keen interest in teaching others about the industry.
A relevant vocational qualification at degree or diploma level and minimum 3 years of industrial or professional experience are required.
Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40116) or higher is desirable.
- Experience in training, teaching, or lecturing
- Confidence and motivation to deliver high-quality education
- Sensitivity and ability to adapt teaching styles to students of different cultural backgrounds
