About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Night Auditor to join our team at Holiday Inn Werribee. As a Night Auditor, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safety and security of our guests, while also providing exceptional customer service and supporting the smooth operation of our hotel.

Key Responsibilities
  • Hotel Operations: Coordinate and oversee all hotel operations during the hours of 11pm to 7am, working closely with the Night Manager to ensure a seamless and efficient service.
  • Safety and Security: Ensure the safety and security of guests, staff, and property, while also maintaining a high level of awareness and vigilance at all times.
  • Night Audit: Conduct thorough and accurate night audits, ensuring that all financial transactions are correctly recorded and reported.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to guests, responding to their needs and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Teamwork: Work collaboratively with other departments, including Front Office, Housekeeping, and Maintenance, to ensure that all aspects of hotel operations are running smoothly.
Requirements
  • Experience: Previous experience in a front office role within a hotel environment is highly desirable.
  • Skills: Competency in using property management and point of sale systems, with current or previous experience in Opera and Infosys highly desirable.
  • Attitude: A positive and energetic attitude, with a 'can-do' approach and a willingness to roll up your sleeves to help the team deliver exceptional service.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with full comprehension and understanding.
  • Certifications: A current RSA Responsible Service of Alcohol certificate is desired.
  • Working Rights: Valid full-time working rights to work in Australia.
