**Job Role:** Facility Support Specialist

We are seeking an experienced and skilled individual to join our team as a Facility Support Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for providing support services to our schools in the North West Region | Central Goldfields area.

This is an education support class position that supports the educational services being provided to students but must not include duties of a teacher as defined in clause 2.6.1 of the Education and Training Reform Act 2006 (Vic) or its successor. You may be required to supervise students individually or in groups up to 4 in controlled circumstances and where the responsibility for students remains clearly with a teacher.

A relevant certification and/or qualifications of up to three years can be required at this level. This role may involve specific support tasks, coordination of work areas, assisting teachers, health and wellbeing support tasks, medical intervention support tasks, or other specialized student/teacher support roles.

Your key responsibilities will include managing equipment, ensuring security, managing procedures, evaluating and selecting equipment, developing procedures, and coordinating purchases. The ideal candidate will have aptitude, experience, and/or qualifications to fulfill the specific requirements of the position.
