Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Success Management

    Ensure schools and teachers achieve maximum value from our services by monitoring engagement, supporting renewals, and running campaigns or data-driven improvements.

  • Process Optimisation

    Identify opportunities to simplify and improve efficiency for the Schools team and customers, including automating key communications and introducing data-driven nudges and celebration campaigns.

  • Logistics and Operations Management

    Manage print runs, stock, and timely delivery of materials and campaigns, ensuring seamless execution of logistics and operations.

  • Data-Driven Decision Making

    Ensure accurate and actionable dashboards, reports, and insights are available for leaders to inform strategic decisions.

  • Team Collaboration and Leadership

    Support the growth of the commercial team, set clear goals, and improve operations across the organisation through effective collaboration and leadership.

  • Project Ownership and Delivery

    Lead projects from planning through evaluation, ensuring goals are met on time and capturing learnings for future improvement.
