What We Do

We're gearing up for our busiest period of the year, with huge trading events like Click Frenzy and Black Friday just around the corner. As a member of our team, you'll be working across registers, replenishment, and customer queries in a fast-paced environment.

About The Role
  • You'll provide friendly and helpful service to every customer, every time.
  • Help shoppers find the perfect products for gifts, decorating & celebrations.
  • Stay organised and adaptable during huge trading events.
  • Contribute to sales and support your team to smash seasonal targets.
The Ideal Candidate
  • You'll love the festive energy of retail and thrive in a busy environment.
  • Retail or customer service experience is a plus, but a positive attitude is essential.
  • Be flexible to work weekends, late nights & extended trading hours during peak.
  • Show strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Quickly learn and be ready to help wherever needed.
