Aircraft Maintenance Engineers: Structures, Mechanical, Avionics

Our company is seeking highly skilled Aircraft Maintenance Engineers to join our team in Williamtown, NSW. The successful candidates will have the opportunity to work on cutting-edge aerospace solutions and contribute to the development of innovative technologies.

The role involves a range of responsibilities, including:

  • Maintenance and Repair: Perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance on aircraft systems, including hydraulic, environmental, pneumatic and propulsion systems.
  • Inspection and Diagnosis: Conduct thorough inspections and fault diagnosis of avionic systems and components on fixed and rotary wing aircraft.
  • Production and Repair: Produce, maintain and repair sheet metal, bonded and non-metallic composite material and components on the aircraft.
  • Weapon System Maintenance: Maintain emergency escape systems, egress systems and aircraft weapon systems, from computers on board to stores and load the aircraft carries.

Key qualifications include:

  • Qualifications: Hold a Certificate IV in Aeroskills or recognised training (mandatory).
  • Citizenship: Australian citizen with ability to obtain Federal Government Security Clearance (mandatory).
  • Experience: Experience or strong interest in working with Defence Military Aircraft.
  • Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Teamwork: Ability to deliver work within fast-paced team environment.
