We are seeking a highly skilled National Operations Manager to join our team at BevChain, a subsidiary of Linfox. As a leader in beverage supply chain solutions, we support major customers across Australia, including prominent beer, wine, and spirit brands.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Safety and Sustainability Initiatives: Develop and implement strategies to prioritize safety and environmental sustainability.
  • Drive Operational and Commercial Success: Achieve business objectives while fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Build strong relationships with key stakeholders to enhance service delivery and fuel business growth.
  • Team Leadership: Mentor and motivate your team to drive positive outcomes and maintain high performance.
  • Optimise Productivity and Efficiency: Maximise resource use and operational productivity while maintaining cost control.

Requirements

  • Management Experience in Warehousing and Transport Operations: Proven track record of excellence in safety, operations, and financial performance across various transport modes.
  • Proven Ability to Lead and Build Teams: Skilled in team leadership, with the ability to develop and grow high-performing teams.
  • Strong Influencing Skills with Coaching and Mentoring Capabilities: Able to guide and inspire your team to achieve their best.
  • Action-Oriented and Results-Driven: Focused on delivering tangible outcomes and meeting business goals.
  • Leadership and Performance Management: A history of driving organisational performance and leading teams to success.
  • Strong Commercial Acumen: Ability to consistently deliver positive financial and operational outcomes.
  • Exceptional Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills, coupled with a commitment to producing quality reports.
