About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Landscape Foreman to join our team at Buildability Group. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading a small team of landscapers and overseeing the delivery of high-end residential landscaping projects in Brisbane.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Read and interpret plans to ensure accurate site set out and project delivery
  • Lead a small team of landscapers to achieve project goals and objectives
  • Order materials and organize deliveries to ensure timely project completion
  • Hands-on landscaping and site management to ensure high-quality project outcomes
  • Oversee subcontractors and ensure they meet project requirements
  • Liaise with clients to ensure their needs are met and expectations are exceeded
  • Train and develop apprentices to ensure they have the skills and knowledge required to succeed in the industry
  • Work closely with a Project Manager to ensure project goals and objectives are met

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of experience as a qualified Landscape Tradesman
  • Certificate III in Landscape Construction or Horticulture
  • Experience in high-end residential landscaping (desirable)
  • A positive and up-beat attitude, with a strong work ethic and commitment to delivering high-quality results
  • Driver's license
