We are seeking a proactive and collaborative professional to join our Service Market Logistics team in Sydney. This role will play a key part in supporting day-to-day safety and continuous improvement activities as we prepare to move into our new warehouse.

As a Continuous Improvement Coordinator and Coach, you will be responsible for coordinating CI and safety initiatives aligned with the Volvo Performance System framework.

  • Maintain and review Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to support operational excellence.
  • Support risk identification, mitigation, and compliance activities across the site.
  • Assist with safety investigations and coordinate actions with relevant partners.
  • Contribute to the CI and Safety Annual Plan and manage the annual calendar of key deliverables.
  • Help ensure clear communication of legislative updates and safety processes.

The ideal candidate will have experience in warehouse operations and possess excellent communication and collaboration skills.
