We are seeking an experienced Program Change Manager to join our Digital Group and support organization change for transformational programs. The successful candidate will be based in Canberra with flexible working arrangements available.

The successful Program Change Manager will be responsible for:

  • Strategic direction, policy, and standards for whole-of-government ICT.
  • Driving the use of data to inform evidence-based decision making to lead delivery of better services for citizens.
  • Delivering end-user services for all departments' directorates and agencies.

The successful candidate will have experience in:

  • Highly developed knowledge and experience in delivering digital projects and programs within a government context.
  • Project management qualifications such as Diploma of Project Management, PRINCE2 Foundations, PRINCE2 Agile Foundations, Management of Successful Programmes Foundations.
  • Demonstrated leadership in organizational change management within ICT/digital settings.
