Your role will involve delivering personalized and luxurious customer service, achieving exceptional sales, and maintaining efficiency in a fast-paced environment. We are looking for someone who is passionate about delivering an elevated customer experience, ensuring we exceed our clients' expectations this holiday season. Our store teams are professional, collaborative, and diverse, with a special place in their hearts for the Blue Box.

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • A minimum of 1-2 years' sales and customer service experience.
  • Effective and engaging communication skills with English fluency.
  • The ability to multitask and a passion for serving others.
  • A sense of humor and fun – this is the most wonderful time of the year
