Accommodation Support Specialist

Job Opportunity:
Social Futures supports individuals experiencing homelessness to access sustainable housing outcomes, education and employment opportunities. We are seeking a dedicated individual to work collaboratively with stakeholders, service providers and participants to empower service users and develop their capacity for positive change.
About the Role:
- Promote client-centred practice consistent with best-practice principles;
- Deliver high-quality interventions and case management services;
- Support participants with complex needs to access relevant services;
- Conduct thorough assessments to inform quality service responses.
About You:
- Tertiary qualifications in a relevant field;
- Experience working with homeless individuals and delivering customer-centric services;
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
- Demonstrated organisational and time management skills.
