Job Title: Project Manager - Capital Projects

Charterhouse is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the delivery of capital projects and programs within the P3M Project Management Framework.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the delivery of capital projects and programs from initiation to operational handover, including client liaison, survey, design, costing, consultation, tendering, construction, and defects remediation.
  • Negotiate and resolve complex project management and contractual issues to achieve positive outcomes.
  • Manage the procurement process, including tender documentation, tender assessment, and contract preparation.
  • Apply project management principles and practices to achieve desired outcomes meeting time, quality, and budget requirements.

Requirements:

  • Recognised degree qualifications in Project Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related discipline.
  • Class 'C' Driver's Licence.
  • Extensive experience in project management, typically at least 10 years.
