This role is a crucial part of our expanding production team, working closely with skilled professionals at the Military Vehicle Centre of Excellence in Redbank. As we continue to grow, we require a highly motivated Assembly Mechanic to join our ranks.

About the Job

The primary function of this position is to complete mechanical build tasks for Vehicles and Subsystems within our state-of-the-art RDA production facility. This involves carrying out assembly tasks in first-run production in accordance with strict Manufacturing Instructions, Engineering Drawings, Quality Standards, and WH&S requirements.

  • Certificate III in Heavy Diesel Mechanic or equivalent qualification;
  • Ability to read and interpret complex production drawings, manuals, and technical documents;
  • A high level of self-motivation, initiative, ability to work independently and willingness to contribute as part of a cohesive team;
  • Flexibility to travel interstate or overseas for short training periods;
  • Eligibility to obtain an Australian Government Security Clearance (Australian Citizenship required).
