Duties
  • Answer enquiries and schedule bookings from medical professionals and patients for pathology specimen collection services at Clinpath Collection Centres, domiciliary visits, and hospital visits;
  • Perform administrative tasks related to laboratory results management, patient bookings, and collections/appointments management;
  • Provide medical practitioners with pathology results.
Requirements
  • A passion to learn and develop;
  • Superior customer service skills;
  • Experience in a health and/or medical industry with medical terminology knowledge highly regarded;
  • Polished and professional telephone manner with excellent verbal communication skills;
  • Ability to work in a flexible environment with prioritisation skills;
  • Ability to work as part of a small team;

  • Excellent attention to detail;
  • High level of confidentiality;
  • Ability to work calmly under pressure;
  • Computer competency with willingness to learn new systems;
