Job Title: Warehouse Associate, Melbourne

The role of a Warehouse Associate in Melbourne is to contribute to the smooth operation of our warehouse by maintaining a safe and productive work environment.

This position involves performing cycle counts, investigating discrepancies, and analysing inventory movements. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in an inventory or logistics coordinator role and possess strong understanding of warehouse functions, processes, and systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain a safe and efficient workspace.
  • Support team goals by achieving KPI targets.
  • Analyse and report on daily cycle counts and inventory movements.
  • Investigate and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.
  • Collaborate with other areas of the warehouse as needed.
  • Report any equipment damages or safety concerns.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in an inventory or logistics coordinator role.
  • Strong understanding of warehouse functions, processes, and systems.
  • Forklift license required, high reach experience a plus.
  • Microsoft Office suite skills essential.
